This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which Harivens provides refunds for its services. We aim to maintain transparency and fairness to ensure client satisfaction while protecting our business interests.
2. Scope
This policy applies to all clients who purchase or engage Harivens services, including one-time projects, subscriptions, and retainers.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
- Non-delivery of agreed services within the stipulated timeline without valid reason or prior communication.
- Failure to meet agreed service specifications or quality standards as per the signed agreement.
- Duplicate or erroneous payment made by the client.
Refunds are not provided for:
- Change of mind or preference after service commencement.
- Delays or interruptions caused by client-side factors (e.g., failure to provide timely inputs or approvals).
- Services already rendered and accepted by the client.
- Partial completion due to client termination without cause.
4. Refund Request Process
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing (email) to accounts@harivens.com within 10 calendar days from the date of service delivery or invoice issuance.
- The request should clearly state the reasons and provide supporting evidence if applicable.
5. Assessment and Approval
- Harivens will review refund requests promptly and communicate any additional information needed.
- Refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of Harivens based on the contract terms, service delivery records, and communication logs.
6. Refund Payment
- Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 15 business days of approval.
- Any transaction fees, taxes, or bank charges related to the refund will be borne by the client unless otherwise agreed.
7. Contract Termination and Refunds
- In case of contract termination by the client with proper notice as per contract terms, refunds will be processed only for unused services or prepaid amounts.
- Termination without notice or for breach of contract will result in forfeiture of any refundable amounts.
8. Modifications to the Refund Policy
Harivens reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be communicated to clients and posted on the website.
